David David has helped many private individuals make significant change possible in their lives and has successfully assisted several major organisations and leading institutions.

David has worked with The Football Association, Virgin Mobile, Thomson Holidays, Marks & Spencer, The City of London Police, The Black Police Association, Mizuho International plc, St. Edmundsbury Borough Council and The London Metropolitan University. His experience as a consultant has extended to projects throughout the United Kingdom, Europe and America.

In addition to having over twenty years experience in people development, David holds a master's degree in coaching and mentoring practice from Oxford Brookes University, a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy and is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. David has also had extensive training in Mindfulness and is a certified Positive Psychology Coach.

As a trainer he is CIPD certified with a diploma in training management from Thames Valley University. He is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. David regularly designs programmes for major organisations and trains people from various agencies and companies, including NHS staff, in programmes aimed at helping people to deal with change and to make change possible.

David was a presenter at the 5th annual coaching and mentoring research conference held at Oxford Brookes University and has had a paper published in the The International Journal for Evidence Based Coaching and Mentoring. He specialises in helping people to make change possible and his practice is very much focused on prevention.
