Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy is an integrated approach to therapy using evidence-based cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and clinical hypnosis. This combination facilitates emotional, behavioural and symptomatic change.

Cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy is an effective model of therapy that examines how our thinking, attitudes, beliefs, opinions and behaviours are formed, how they affect our success, lives and feelings, and how changing them impacts on our performance and happiness. Combining CBT with hypnosis, which has proved to be an effective communication tool, is a unique and safe experience and can increase the effectiveness of therapy.

"...controlled research evidence suggests that hypnosis may be a useful adjunct to cognitive behavioural therapy, pain control procedures, obesity, and smoking cessation treatments."
(Lynn, Kirsch, Barabasz, Cardena, & Patterson, 2000)
